R744 High-Pressure AC Lines and Valve Parts
R744 high-pressure AC lines are the lines used in heat pump air-conditioning systems that use carbon dioxide refrigerant (CO2/R744). They are the "veins" connecting the vehicle air-conditioning system, tightly and orderly linking the air-conditioning-related components distributed inside the vehicle body. This series is one of the company's core component products for new energy vehicle thermal management systems.
Working pressure:15 MPa; Burst pressure:60 MPa; Medium:CO2/R744 refrigerant; Operating temperature:-40~125 °C; Pipe diameter:8-12 mm; Material:Aluminum alloy; Sealing type:O-ring seal

R744 Refrigerant Lines
Refrigerant lines used in R744 (carbon dioxide refrigerant) heat pump air-conditioning systems; they transport the CO2 refrigerant between the various components of the air-conditioning system. They are the main product of the R744 high-pressure AC line range, and the product center on the official website displays 6 R744 refrigerant line products.

Combined Solenoid Valve
Combined solenoid valve (expansion and shut-off combination valve) used in R744 (carbon dioxide refrigerant) heat pump air-conditioning systems. It consists of a solenoid coil and a magnetic core and is a valve body containing one or several orifices; energizing and de-energizing moves the magnetic core to control the opening and closing of the valve body and to direct refrigerant flow. It likewise withstands high-temperature and high-pressure variations.
Solenoid coil + magnetic core structure, multi-orifice valve body, open/close control by energizing/de-energizing; withstands the high-temperature and high-pressure alternating conditions of the R744 system (line diameter conditions refer to 50-170 bar, -28°C to 165°C).
- New energy vehicle R744 (CO2) heat pump air-conditioning systems
- Refrigerant flow direction control
Pressure Relief Valve
Pressure relief valve used in R744 (carbon dioxide refrigerant) heat pump air-conditioning systems. It consists of a solenoid coil and a magnetic core and a valve body containing one or several orifices; energizing and de-energizing moves the magnetic core to control the opening and closing of the valve body, achieving system overpressure protection and guiding refrigerant flow. It likewise withstands high-temperature and high-pressure variations.
Solenoid coil + magnetic core structure, open/close control by energizing/de-energizing; withstands high-temperature and high-pressure variations and suits the high-pressure conditions of the R744 system (reference 50-170 bar).
- New energy vehicle R744 (CO2) heat pump air-conditioning systems
- Overpressure relief protection for air-conditioning lines
Single Valve
Individual valve parts used in R744 (carbon dioxide refrigerant) heat pump air-conditioning systems, including expansion valves and shut-off valves. They consist of a solenoid coil and a magnetic core and a valve body containing one or several orifices; energizing and de-energizing moves the magnetic core to control the opening and closing of the valve body and to direct refrigerant flow. They likewise withstand high-temperature and high-pressure variations.
Solenoid coil + magnetic core structure, multi-orifice valve body, open/close control by energizing/de-energizing; withstands the high-temperature and high-pressure alternation of the R744 system (reference -28°C to 165°C, 50-170 bar).
- New energy vehicle R744 (CO2) heat pump air-conditioning systems
- Refrigerant throttling, expansion and on-off control
High-Pressure Oil Pipes
The high-pressure oil pipe is the passage connecting the fuel rail and the high-pressure fuel pump. It can withstand the impact of high-pressure fuel, guarantee sufficient fuel flow and reduce the pressure drop during fuel flow, making pressure fluctuations in the high-pressure line system more stable and ensuring that pressure in the high-pressure fuel rail can be established quickly when the engine starts.
Working pressure: 250~350 bar; Medium: high-pressure fuel; Connection: fuel rail to HP pump; Function: stabilize pressure pulsation; Application: engine fuel system
- Engine high-pressure fuel systems (fuel rail to high-pressure pump connection)
- Automotive component fluid lines
Cooling Water Pipes
Cooling water hard pipes are part of the engine cooling system or air-conditioning system; they carry coolant and help the cooling system dissipate engine heat. At the same time, through their own shape the distribution pipes change the water flow rate at various points in the pipe, balancing the coolant flow at different points of the engine and thereby balancing the heat in the engine compartment.
Working pressure:0.2 MPa; Burst pressure:1.0 MPa; Medium:Coolant/water; Operating temperature:-40~120 °C; Pipe diameter:10-16 mm; Material:Aluminum alloy; Sealing type:O-ring seal
- Engine cooling systems
- Coolant circuits of automotive air-conditioning systems
- Engine compartment heat balancing
Fuel Rails
The fuel rail, also called fuel gallery or fuel rail, is a component of the air/fuel subsystem of electronically controlled fuel injection systems. It is mounted on the intake manifold at the injectors. Its main function is to ensure a sufficient fuel flow and to distribute it evenly to the injectors of each cylinder, while also providing for the mounting and connection of the injectors.
Working pressure: 200~350 bar; Medium: fuel; Mounting: intake manifold at injectors; Function: even distribution per cylinder; Application: EFI system
- Air/fuel subsystem of electronically controlled fuel injection systems
- Engine fuel distribution and injector connection
