Products
Laminated Safety Glass Lamisafe (Automotive Windshield)
A high-strength laminated structure in which two glass plies are bonded together by a plastic interlayer (PVB). On impact, glass fragments adhere to the interlayer, preventing flying shards and keeping occupants inside the vehicle; it is the safety construction mandated for windshields by regulation, and can also be used on side windows, backlights and sunroofs for added protection.
Structure: 2 glass plies + plastic interlayer laminate; Burglary resistance: typical delay over 10 minutes; UV: about 100% UV cut by the interlayer; Regulation: laminated structure mandatory for windshields; Noise: highway traffic noise significantly reduced versus tempered glass
- Automotive safety windshields
- Side and backlight safety glazing
- Panoramic sunroof glass
Tempered Glass Temperlite (Automotive Side Window / Backlight Glass)
Safety tempered glass made by heating glass to near its softening point (about 650 degrees C) and uniformly quenching it with air, creating a compressive stress layer on the surface. On breaking it instantly crumbles into small granules with no sharp, blade-like shards; it is mainly used for vehicle side windows, backlights and sunroofs.
Strength: 3-5 times ordinary glass at equal thickness; Heating: about 650 degrees C near softening point then air quench; Fracture pattern: small granules (no sharp shards); Optional reinforcement: chemical tempering for further weight saving and strength; Thickness: customized per vehicle model
- Automotive side windows
- Automotive backlight glass
- Sunroof glass
Laminated Acoustic Glass
High-strength laminated glass with an acoustic plastic interlayer between the two plies: it retains full laminated safety protection while greatly attenuating outside noise transmitted through the glass. The gain in cabin quietness is especially marked for pure EVs, and windshields can be thinned without worsening noise levels.
Structure: 2 glass plies + acoustic PVB interlayer; Wind noise: marked attenuation above 70 km/h; Burglary resistance: typical delay up to 10 minutes; Thinning: windshield thinning without noise penalty; Positions: windshield / side windows / backlight / sunroof
- Quiet EV windshields
- Acoustic laminated side windows
- Premium quiet cabins
Advanced Laminated Acoustic Glass
Laminated glass using a high-performance acoustic film: besides reducing noise transmitted through the glass, it suppresses vibration noise generated by the vortices shed from protrusions such as door mirrors (vortex noise and wind-induced pseudo-noise). Aimed at SUVs and large-roof models to solve the quietness challenges of the CASE era, it can be combined with Lightweight Glazing to achieve both sound insulation and weight reduction.
Structure: 2 glass plies + high-performance acoustic film; Noise types: dual suppression of transmitted noise and vortex-induced vibration noise; Combination: combinable with Lightweight Glazing for weight reduction; Vehicles: SUVs and large-roof models with high aerodynamic drag
- Quiet glazing for SUV models
- Noise reduction for large sunroof models
- High-quietness EV / autonomous cabins
Infra-red Cut Glass Iris
An invisible metallic coating applied to the inner side of laminated glass reflects infrared solar radiation before it enters the cabin: interior temperatures drop substantially in summer and cool-down times shorten, easing air-conditioning load — fuel savings and lower CO2 for combustion vehicles, more range for EVs. Compatible with acoustic glass, thin glass and HUD technologies.
Cabin cool-down: up to 15 degrees C (depending on conditions); Solar transmittance: as low as 30% (vs 55% for green heat-absorbing glass); Total solar transmission TTS: as low as 40% (vs 65% for green glass); Coating: invisible film on the inner side of laminated glass; Compatibility: zone de-coating possible to keep radio transparency
- Infra-red reflective windshields
- IR-cut sunroof glass
- EV air-conditioning energy saving and range gain
HeatControl Windshield
The invisible coating inside this laminated windshield serves two purposes: in winter, electric current turns it into a silent heated glazing that clears ice and mist; in summer it reflects infrared solar radiation to keep the cabin thermally comfortable. Targeted heating of wiper, camera and sensor zones is possible, working instantly without engine warm-up.
De-icing: within 4 minutes at -6 degrees C; Heating power: up to 1000 W/m2 (optimized to glass shape); Electrical systems: 12/14/42/48 V; Summer cool-down: up to 15 degrees C; Solar transmittance: as low as 30% (vs 55% for standard green glass); Total solar transmission TTS: as low as 40%
- Silent winter de-icing and demisting windshield
- Directed heating for wipers, cameras and sensors
- Summer IR heat rejection and energy saving
Heated Wire Windshield
Ultra-fine, almost invisible metal wires embedded in the laminated glass sit right against the ice layer when energized, clearing ice and mist efficiently. Because the wires are extremely close to the ice surface, de-icing is fast and energy-efficient; targeted heating of the wiper zone, A-pillars, cameras and other areas is also supported.
De-icing: within 12 minutes at -18 degrees C; De-icing 2: within 5 minutes at -7 degrees C; Electrical systems: 12 V and 48 V; Wires: ultra-fine, near-invisible, embedded in the laminate; Compatibility: combinable with acoustic glass, thin glass and HUD

- Year-round demisting for clear vision
- Directed heating for camera and wiper zones
Head-up Display (HUD) Windshield
