Ultra-large integrated die casting body parts, integrally formed on die casting machines of 6,000 t and above, up to the 9,800 t / 10,000-tonne class, using non-heat-treated aluminum alloy, consolidating multiple stamped and welded parts into a single casting to reduce weight. Wencan is a pioneer of large integrated aluminum die-cast body products and was first to mass-produce and deliver them in 2022.

Equipment: 6,000 t / 7,000 t / 9,800 t / 10,000-tonne-class die casting machines; Material: non-heat-treated aluminum alloy; supported by ultra-large die casting dies (about 30 die sets for 6,000 t+ machines) and fully automated integrated drilling and milling intelligent machining lines; a representative part is the integrated rear floor assembly (NADCA 2023 Excellence in Structural Aluminum Die Casting).

Aluminum alloy battery box (tray / enclosure) system castings, used to carry and protect the power battery pack while balancing light weight, sealing performance and structural strength; they cover both battery-electric and hybrid models.

Process: high-pressure die casting plus precision machining; Products: three-in-one motor housings, range-extender motor housings and end covers, front cases / intermediate housings / left housings and other transmission housings; high dimensional accuracy and sealing requirements.

Aluminum alloy chassis structural parts, including front and rear subframes and chassis connectors, delivering chassis light-weighting and improved handling; subsidiary Le Belier has system-level R&D capability in gravity and low-pressure casting of chassis structural parts.

Aluminum alloy castings for engines and automatic transmissions of conventional internal-combustion vehicles, including AT/DCT transmission cases and clutch housings as well as valve bodies; the company has developed wear-resistant aluminum alloys that can replace cast steel, and supplies these products in volume to major global transmission manufacturers.

Process: high-pressure die casting; Products: AT/DCT transmission cases, clutch housings, outer valve bodies, intermediate valve bodies; wear-resistant high-strength aluminum alloy is used to meet transmission case and valve body requirements.
