Company profile

Shenzhen Dynanonic Co., Ltd. is a verified Chinese manufacturer in the new-energy vehicle supply chain. Its documented manufacturing scope includes Cathode materials for traction batteries.

Products

Nano Lithium Iron Phosphate Cathode Material

Product overview

Nano lithium iron phosphate is a cathode material for lithium-ion batteries. Dynanonic produces it using its proprietary self-heating evaporative liquid-phase synthesis technology; the resulting material offers long cycle life, high safety and environmental friendliness, and is widely used in new energy vehicles and energy storage.

Key specifications

The product is a grey-black powder with uniform colour and no agglomeration. Typical models include DY-12, DY-17, DY-X1 and DY-X2; specific surface area about 10.2–11.5 m²/g; powder compaction density about 2.54–2.65 g/cm³; carbon content about 1.10–1.25%; first discharge capacity (0.1C coin cell) about 158–159.5 mAh/g; D50 particle size about 0.98–1.18 μm; the individual models are optimised for high compaction, long cycling, high rate and traction/energy-storage applications respectively.

Applications
  • Traction batteries for new energy vehicles
  • Energy storage batteries
  • Traction and energy storage systems

Lithium Manganese Iron Phosphate Cathode Material

Product overview

Lithium manganese iron phosphate is a new phosphate-family cathode material formed by introducing a certain proportion of manganese into lithium iron phosphate. It offers high voltage, high energy density and better low-temperature performance; compared with ternary materials it provides lower cost and higher safety, giving it good prospects in the traction battery field.

Key specifications

Grade: DM-1 / DM-2; Specific capacity: ≥ 135 mAh/g (0.33C, 25 ℃); Voltage platform: 3.6 V; Compacted density: 2.32 g/cm³ ~ 2.35 g/cm³; Particle size D50: 0.48 μm ~ 0.55 μm; Specific surface area: 12.8 m²/g ~ 14.0 m²/g; Moisture content: ≤ 350 ppm; Carbon content: 1.3 % ~ 1.4 %

Applications
  • Traction batteries for new energy vehicles (traction segment)
  • Traction batteries for high-voltage platforms

Lithium Compensation Enhancer (Lithium Supplement Additive for Lithium-ion Batteries)

Product overview

As a cathode additive for lithium-ion batteries, the lithium compensation enhancer releases abundant active lithium into the battery system during the formation stage, compensating the active lithium loss in the first charge. It effectively balances the first-cycle efficiency of the matched cathode and anode materials, raising energy density, improving cycling performance and lowering DCR.

Key specifications

Grade: IZ-2L / IZ-5L4; Specific capacity: ≥ 700 mAh/g (2nd gen) / ≥ 650 mAh/g (5th gen); Compacted density: ≤ 2.0 g/cm³; Specific surface area: ≤ 2.5 m²/g; Moisture content: ≤ 300 ppm; Powder resistivity: ≤ 10 Ω·cm (2nd gen) / ≤ 15 Ω·cm (5th gen); Carbon content: 1.5 wt% ~ 3.5 wt%; Particle size D50: 6.0 μm ~ 13.0 μm

Applications
  • Cathode lithium-supplement additive for lithium-ion batteries
  • Traction battery and energy storage battery systems

Dispersant for Lithium-ion Battery Cathode Slurry

Product overview

The dispersant is a key functional additive in the cathode slurry of lithium-ion batteries. It improves the uniform dispersion of cathode active materials (such as lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese iron phosphate and ternary materials), conductive agents and binders in the solvent, inhibits particle agglomeration, reduces slurry viscosity and its fluctuation, and enhances slurry stability and processing performance.

Key specifications

Main products include the first-generation Jize®1, third-generation Jize®3 and fourth-generation Jize®4F. Typical parameters: solid content about 15–30%; moisture content ≤3000–5000 ppm; pH 4–12 (varies by model); viscosity ≤200–1000 mPa·s; density about 1.07 g/cm³. Recommended dosage 0.03%–0.3% (solid on solid), raising slurry solid content by 5%–10%.

Applications
  • Dispersion of cathode slurry for lithium-ion batteries
  • Lithium iron phosphate / lithium manganese iron phosphate / ternary cathode material systems
