Sintered NdFeB Permanent Magnetic Material
Sintered NdFeB is the third-generation rare-earth permanent magnetic material, known as the 'King of Magnets' and the strongest permanent magnetic material in the world today. It features excellent magnetic properties and is mainly composed of Nd2Fe14B, manufactured by powder metallurgy. Its maximum energy product (BH)max exceeds that of ferrite by more than 10 times, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 250°C; it has good mechanical properties and can undergo grinding, wire cutting, and drilling. Due to poor corrosion resistance, different coating treatments (such as Zn, Ni, Au, Epoxy plating) are required on the surface according to usage requirements. Its advantages are high demagnetization resistance and high cost-performance ratio; its disadvantages are strong temperature dependence and weak corrosion resistance, but after proper coating or selection of different coercivity products, it can basically meet the requirements of different customers.
Grades cover N48~N54, 42M~56M, 40H~52H, 28SH~50SH, 28UH~45UH, 28EH~42EH, 28TH~38TH; remanence Br 1.05~1.50T, intrinsic coercivity Hcj ≥780kA/m to ≥2786kA/m, maximum energy product (BH)max 207~446kJ/m³ (26~56MGOe); density approx. 7.50~7.60g/cm³; maximum operating temperature 20~230°C (corresponding to N to TH series); temperature coefficient TK(Br) approx. -0.110~-0.120%/°C, TK(Hcj) approx. -0.45~-0.75%/°C; surface protection can be Zn/Ni/Au/Epoxy plated.

Samarium Cobalt Permanent Magnet
Sintered samarium cobalt permanent magnet is a permanent magnetic material with metallic samarium and metallic cobalt as the main constituent elements, including two types: 1:5 type (SmCo5) and 2:17 type (Sm2Co17). Its characteristics lie in outstanding magnetic stability and temperature resistance, as well as extremely strong rust resistance, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 350°C. It is a rare substitute for sintered NdFeB magnets in special-requirement environments, suitable for manufacturing high-performance permanent magnet motors and products requiring high working environments. Made by powder metallurgy, it is currently the magnetic material with magnetic performance second only to NdFeB; its disadvantage is that the material is hard and brittle, with certain limitations in machinability.
Chemical composition SmCo5 and Sm2Co17; density 8.20~8.60g/cm³; Vickers hardness HV 450~900; electrical resistivity 1.4~1.6μΩ·m; compressive strength ≥650MPa; flexural strength ≥80MPa; thermal conductivity 8~10W/(m·K); Young's modulus 150~200GPa; thermal expansion coefficient C⊥ 11.0~11.2×10⁻⁶/K, C∥ 6.9~7.0×10⁻⁶/K; maximum operating temperature up to 350°C.

Rubber Magnet
A rubber magnet is a composite material made by mixing ferrite magnetic powder with rubber raw material, and the finished product is formed by extrusion or rolling. The material itself has high plasticity; finished or semi-finished products can be freely cut, punched, slit, and laminated with other materials, and are not easily demagnetized, offer good corrosion protection, and are low in cost. It is mainly divided into two categories: isotropic rubber magnet and anisotropic rubber magnet. Isotropic rubber magnet has weaker magnetism and is mainly used for refrigerator magnets, printed products, and promotional items; anisotropic rubber magnet has higher magnetic performance and is widely used in micro motors and magnetic toys. Subcategories further include rubber ferrite permanent magnets, flexible NdFeB (rubber-bonded rapidly quenched NdFeB powder), and iron-rubber cloth/iron powder adhesive (reduced iron powder filler).
Can be produced into arbitrarily complex shapes and thin-wall products with good consistency and high dimensional accuracy; resistant to impact and vibration, not easily broken; low specific gravity facilitates lightweighting; can be made into full radial (full radiation) oriented magnets; can be laminated with PVC, PP synthetic paper, double-sided tape, etc. Divided into two major categories: isotropic rubber magnet (weak magnetism) and anisotropic rubber magnet (higher magnetic performance); flexible NdFeB is a new type of flexible bonded permanent magnetic material.

Magnetic Assembly
A magnetic assembly is a composite component assembled from magnetic materials (such as NdFeB, SmCo, etc.) and metal, non-metal, and other materials through processes such as bonding and injection molding, such as EPS upper rotors, wind-power magnetic poles, motor stators and rotors, linear motor assemblies, and sensors. Magnetic assembly products represent Earth-Panda's extension into the downstream industrial chain of magnetic materials, reducing assembly time and manufacturing costs for customers.
Assembled from NdFeB/SmCo magnets through bonding, injection molding, and other processes with metal or non-metal parts; main products include automotive steering system EPS rotors, automotive sensor series products, automotive interior systems, magnetic chucks, wind-turbine magnetic pole box assemblies, linear motors, brushless vacuum cleaner rotor assemblies, and sintered NdFeB insulated adhesive series products, etc.
