ZUCH Technology's flagship and most extensive product line, covering wire-to-board and wire-to-wire rectangular (box) connectors with pitches from 1.25 mm to 8.00 mm. It includes a complete set of mating parts: plug housings, receptacle housings, spring terminals, pin terminals, retainers and PCB headers. Products use nylon 66/PBT plastic housings with stamped copper alloy terminals, and are widely used for signal and low-voltage power connections in home appliances, consumer electronics and industrial equipment.

Appliance-specific connector line compliant with the RAST standard (Raster-Anschluss-Stecktechnik). It uses insulation displacement (IDC) crimping, allowing a full row of wires to be terminated in one operation without stripping, which suits automated high-volume production of white goods. The range is divided by pitch into RAST 2.5 and RAST 5.0, with an additional Wash 2.1 series.

Plug-and-play FASTON tab quick-connect terminal line. Based on tab width it is split into the 250 (6.3 mm), 187 (4.8 mm) and 110 (2.8 mm) main series plus other special series, and includes straight and flag (90 degree bent) styles for fast connection and disconnection of internal appliance wiring.

Crimp (solderless) terminal line divided into insulated and non-insulated series, offered in ring and spade shapes. Made of copper with bright tin plating, they provide reliable crimped connections between wire ends and bolts or terminal posts.

Connector line dedicated to motor lead-wire connections, centred on the DZ TAB male terminal series, plus the IDC series and 187 connector series (with matching plastic housings and terminals). Products mainly use stamped copper alloy terminals with PBT/nylon housings to meet the high-current, temperature and vibration demands of motors.

Connector line dedicated to refrigeration compressor lead-wire connections (air-conditioning and refrigerator compressors). Products must withstand high compressor shell temperatures and long-term vibration, and typically combine a high-temperature plastic housing with copper alloy terminals, also covering terminals and protective boots.

Main construction: high-temperature plastic housing (PBT/PA66) plus copper alloy terminals plus boot; temperature resistance up to 105 C and above (compressor duty); terminals copper alloy tin plated; tab and receptacle styles, mainly 2 to 3 positions; retention latches and anti-mismating features.

Terminal line dedicated to equipment safety grounding, divided into ring and spade types that are fixed with bolts to create a reliable ground connection. Made of copper with bright tin plating, they offer low contact resistance and oxidation resistance.
