Products
Recycled Materials from Spent Lead-Acid Batteries
The core output of Tianneng Group's lead recycling solution, built on the reutilization of spent lead-acid batteries. The company has created a 'Lead + M' industrial ecosystem integrating hazardous and solid waste collection, storage, transportation, disposal and resource utilization. It pioneered a fully automatic alloy vacuum ingot casting line and a novel copper-removal refining technology that solves the challenge of removing copper, nickel, cadmium and tellurium from recycled lead, yielding recycled refined lead, alloy lead and recycled plastic pellets.
Lead recovery rate: ≥98.5%; Material sorting rate: ≥99%; Metal and plastic recovery rate from spent batteries: ≥99%; Annual spent lead-acid battery recovery capacity: 3000000 tons; Annual disposal capacity: 1500000 tons; Circular industrial parks: 4 (Zhejiang, Anhui, Henan, Jiangsu)
- Manufacturing of lead-acid battery plates and grids
- Recycled plastic cases and engineering plastic products
- Waste acid resource utilization and hazardous waste disposal services
Recycled Materials from Spent Lithium Batteries
The core product line of Zhejiang Tianneng New Material, built around a closed loop of 'battery production → sales → recycling → echelon utilization → regeneration'. Through key processes such as collaborative leaching of high-value components and directional migration of complex multivariate metals, retired ternary, LFP, LCO and LMO batteries as well as electrode scrap undergo automated dismantling, intelligent sorting and hydrometallurgical purification to yield battery-grade nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, manganese sulfate and lithium carbonate that can return to cathode material production.
Cobalt recovery rate: ≥98.5%; Nickel recovery rate: ≥98.5%; Lithium recovery rate: ≥90%; Combined nickel-cobalt-manganese recovery rate: ≥98.5%; Annual processing of spent lithium batteries and electrode scrap: 23000 tons (11500 tons of spent lithium-ion batteries + 11500 tons of electrode scrap); Process wastewater recycling rate: 90%
- Raw materials for ternary cathode and precursor synthesis
- Battery-grade nickel, cobalt, manganese and lithium salts supply
- Regeneration and repair of LFP scrap
Energy Storage Battery Systems
Energy storage system solutions built on three technology routes — lithium-ion, lead-carbon and sodium-ion — covering power generation, grid, commercial & industrial, residential and telecom scenarios. A proprietary nano safety coating technology improves the thermodynamic stability of cells, while a cell failure mechanism model enables full life-cycle health monitoring of every cell. Demonstration projects include Datang Lubei storage, China Southern Grid Chengbei station storage and Huzhou Changxing Jinling substation storage.
Technology routes: lithium-ion / lead-carbon / sodium-ion; Application scenarios: generation-side / grid-side / C&I / residential / telecom; Cell cycle life: over 6000 cycles; Discharge capacity retention at -20℃: >90%; Liquid-cooled battery pack cabinet protection rating: IP52
- Grid peak shaving, frequency regulation and shared storage stations
- Peak-valley arbitrage for commercial and industrial users
- Backup power for telecom base stations
- Energy storage for renewable power plants
Manganese Sulfate (Battery Grade)
A flagship product of the new materials series in Tianneng's product center, produced with a clean extraction process and advanced purification technology within the Tianneng grand recycling system. Its quality is guaranteed by the group's circular system, delivering battery-grade manganese source materials for global new energy and high-end manufacturing.
Manganese content (as Mn): ≥32%; Product form: manganese sulfate monohydrate crystals; Quality system: Tianneng grand recycling system assurance; Production process: clean extraction
- Manganese source for ternary precursor synthesis
- Raw material for lithium-ion battery cathode materials
Echelon Utilization Batteries
Leveraging the MIIT dual white-list qualification for both echelon utilization and recycling of retired power batteries, the company tests, screens and reassembles retired high-power batteries for low-power scenarios such as electric tricycles and backup power applications, after which they enter the recycling stage. This effectively resolves the bottleneck in the circulation of retired power batteries and extracts the full residual value of every retired battery.
Comprehensive disposal bases: 3; Regional circular bases: 5; Recovery and disposal points: N (3+5+N urban mine layout); Qualification: MIIT dual white-list for echelon utilization and recycling
- Battery reassembly for electric tricycles and low-speed EVs
- Backup power for telecom base stations and storage
- Traceability management services for retired power batteries
