Webasto Standard Battery systems target commercial vehicles and mobile machinery with a modular, scalable design supporting 400 V and 800 V architectures. Webasto's electrical battery thermal management (eBTM) provides a plug-and-play temperature control unit for water-cooled traction batteries, integrating cooling and heating circuits, an electronic water pump and the control unit in a compact housing to keep the battery in its 25-35°C optimum, with 400 V and 800 V variants. The Heated Chiller three-in-one thermal plate (heating / cooling / heat-pump refrigerant) for 800 V platforms can replace separate A/C heaters, high-voltage coolant heaters and chillers.

Webasto high-voltage heaters (HVH) convert DC power into heat with over 95% efficiency for cabin and battery heating in BEV and PHEV. The range covers the 400 V platform HVH 50/70 (5/7 kW), the 800 V platform HVH 100 Compact/Compact+ and HVH 120 (up to 12 kW), plus the next-generation HVH 90 ceramic heating technology for 400 V and 800 V. An ultra-thin heating layer of about 0.6 mm combined with a heat exchanger is unaffected by high coolant temperatures and complies with ISO 26262 (ASIL B-D) and ISO 21434 cybersecurity standards.
