Sintered NdFeB permanent magnet
Sintered NdFeB magnets offer excellent permanent magnetic properties that surpass those of conventional permanent magnet materials and are finding increasingly wide use across industries as an indispensable functional material of modern industry. Produced by powder metallurgy sintering, they feature high remanence, high coercivity and a high energy product, and form the largest product line in the company's product center.
Grade system covers the N, M, H, SH, UH and EH series; Br 1.08-1.57 T (10.8-15.7 kGs); HcJ 960-1990 kA/m (12-25 kOe); (BH)max 223-478 kJ/m3 (28.0-60.0 MGOe); material solutions fall into four categories: HRE-free, conventional process (HRE-containing), Dy and Tb diffusion and Ce-containing; a variety of coating surface treatments is available.

Conventional-process (HRE-containing) sintered NdFeB permanent magnet
The conventional process series within the sintered NdFeB grade portfolio improves intrinsic coercivity and temperature stability by adding heavy rare earths (HRE, such as Dy and Tb) to the alloy, and is the company's classic, fully matured volume-production grade system.
Conventional process (HRE-containing) category of the sintered NdFeB grade portfolio; covers the full N, M, H, SH, UH and EH series; Br 1.04-1.55 T; HcJ 960-1990 kA/m (up to about 25 kOe); (BH)max 207-462 kJ/m3.

Dy and Tb grain-boundary-diffusion sintered NdFeB permanent magnet
The Dy and Tb grain boundary diffusion (GBD) series within the sintered NdFeB grade portfolio enriches Dy and Tb at the surface layer of the magnet through a grain boundary diffusion process, achieving high coercivity and high temperature stability with a smaller amount of heavy rare earths and balancing performance against cost.
Dy and Tb diffusion category of the sintered NdFeB grade portfolio; focuses on high-coercivity grades such as SH, UH and EH; HcJ 1592-1990 kA/m; Br 1.08-1.55 T; (BH)max 223-462 kJ/m3.

Ce-containing sintered NdFeB permanent magnet
The Ce-containing series within the sintered NdFeB grade portfolio partially substitutes neodymium with cerium (Ce) to reduce material cost, and suits cost-sensitive volume applications with relatively relaxed magnetic performance requirements.
Ce-containing category of the sintered NdFeB grade portfolio; mainly medium- and low-coercivity series such as N and M; Br around 1.08-1.33 T; HcJ 960-1353 kA/m; (BH)max 223-366 kJ/m3.
